Would you like to wake up each day and do whatever the hell you like?

Feeling tired? Go back to sleep.

Feeling productive? Smash out some work.

Feel like going out to the beach for a surf or partying all day/night? Go hit it up!

Whatever it is you TRULY wish to do with your days, it can all be accomplished by having a Freedom Business running in the background working SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO.

Now this concept isn’t new at all but it was REALLY hard in my early days to wrap my head around the fact that you don’t have to actually work to earn money.

The little voice inside my head was telling me that SURELY this can’t work. But it does… and there’s a select group of everyday normal people called the “Freedom Secret Society” that make it happen.

When I made my first “freedom sale” something clicked in my mind forever and I knew there was no turning back. This is the way of the future.

So today I wanted to dive right into the MEAT of what a freedom business looks like and provide an overview and example of how the whole process fits together. This post, in a lovely combination of video and text, will show you exactly how test your very own freedom business idea and make your first freedom sale.

This is also an insight into one of the training resources I use with the Secret Society Mastermind crew.

HELMET CAM – PLEASE WATCH AND ENJOY BEFORE CONTINUING:

How was the helmet-cam?

Spark some freedom business ideas for you?

See how the little guys like you and me can take on the big corporations simply by BEING BETTER AT TARGETING AND TALKING TO THE ONE KEY FAN?

At the end of the day business can seem like this big hard monster dominated by the privileged. RUBBISH!

Just remember this golden rule: People like doing business with people they like.

How do you get someone to like you? Easy – pinpoint their deepest desires or fears/frustrations and help ‘em out with your snazzy new product or service.

Time and time again we are seeing cases of normal everyday people starting their own successful freedom businesses that rival large firms from their bedroom.

Now obviously you don’t have to go into selling iPhone apps for real estate agents. This was just an example to illustrate some of the processes involved.

The whole thing really isn’t that hard once you break it into chunks and create a map of where you’re going.

And what is the total cost to set one of these up? $150-$300.

This is a tiny investment to test out your first FB idea.

So let’s take an in-depth look at what was covered in the video…

COMPONENTS OF A FREEDOM BUSINESS – HOW TO TEST YOUR VERY FIRST FREEDOM BUSINESS IDEA FOR UNDER $500

1. Figures First – Cost $0 : Time 2-5 hours

This is EXTREMELY important. You need to have a target to set your sights on and check in on this target daily to see you are on track.

Before you start ANYTHING and get swept up in the nitty-gritty of your business, you also need to set strict criteria as to what the business should look like day-to-day.

E.g. “It needs to be able to be run from anywhere in the world with just a laptop. I only want to be working on it 2hours a day”

This will stop you from going into business ideas that are going to suck away all your time and leave no room for freedom. There’s a million great ideas/niches and industries to go into but the ones we want are going to give us freedom (not just another self created job!).

So at the end of every week all you need to do is ask yourself one question “Did my Freedom Business make $1000 this week?”

If the answer is no, then you go back over your map and see why.

Quick tips/suggestions:

Link some PASSION AND ENERGY to your $1000/week. What would this amount of money mean for you? Could you quit your job and travel/creating freedom businesses on the road?

Vision-boarding is a great tool for this. Go to http://images.google.com and search for cool images on how your life will change when you reach your goal. Refer to each day for that little extra drive and motivation.

2. Idea Generation – Cost $0 : Time 1-2 days

Freedom Business Saying: “Before the idea, comes the fan.”

There’s 3 steps to this… WHO? WHY? and WHAT?

  • WHO do you want to fall in love with what you do?

It’s these fans/lovers that will sustain your business (and ridiculously awesome life) in the long and short term. So you definitely choose people that YOU LIKE.

As discussed in the video, in my early days I made the horrific mistake of selling stuff to people I didn’t really like. Even though my business made money I ended up selling it because I just didn’t want to deal with these people anymore.

  • WHY will that person buy something from you?

The two main reasons people buy something are 1. A deep, burning desire and 2. To alleviate a fear/frustration they have.

Spend some time crafting an image of your typical “One Key Fan”. How old are they? Where do they live? What are their deepest darkest secrets and goals?

  • WHAT will you actually sell them?

Do you want to offer an info product, a service, a physical product OR a combination?

Quick tips/suggestions:

If you combine some of these you can add the value and therefore increase the price!

The One Key Fan concept I created is an adaptation of Kevin Kelly’s 1000 True Fans post, so for some extra coolness I recommend you get familiar with it.

If you didn’t read the original post on the One Key Fan I suggest you brush up on your knowledge here.

3. Build – Cost $150 – $500 : Time 1-2 weeks

First things first, you are going to want to do some competitor analysis on your idea then build your website.

Now let’s not get too technical here. Competitor analysis sounds all corporate speak crap for what really is “Searching in google and snooping/spying on other businesses”.

Open google, think like your One Key Fan – what search terms is he/she going to use? Plug em in and start looking at the competition.

Take out a notepad or open up a spreadsheet and note what others are doing well in terms of their website design and sales copy – then think about how you can inject your own personality/brand into the stuff you feel that your competitors are doing good.

Below are a few of the sites you can use to find anything from website designers to sales copywriters to iphone app developers. Whatever can be done, WILL be done at a fraction of the price from someone highly competent another world away from you:

http://www.elance.com

http://www.odesk.com

http://www.freelancer.com

You will need a freelancer web designer and website coder for a start. You may want to chat to some or post a project around your potential product as well.

Quick Tips/Suggestions:

Think about it this way: These days – there’s not a business out there that can’t be replicated.

Don’t attempt to learn and do everything yourself. Things like Photoshop, HTML, Web Design, etc can all be done on the SUPER CHEAP by somebody who has had 5+ years experience and will be a lot better and faster than you.

I had a hard time with this and found myself trying to do everything in the early days. It’s not your job. Get it in someone else’s hands and drop the ego…

You have a business to RUN, not work in.

Set up google analytics on the site so you can track your stats as well (it’s free and important).

4. Marketing – Cost $0 – $200 : Time 1 week

The easiest and most inexpensive way to test out your new site/business idea is to go out into the real world and have conversations about it.

Do you know someone who knows someone that your product/service can help? Get a coffee with them. Sit down and talk about their DESIRES or FRUSTRATIONS (one key fan style).

How do you do that?: “So what’s the biggest frustration you have in your business right now?” “What do you really need help with?” “What would be amazing for you?”

Hot tip: Don’t try to make a sale right away, offer to do some help for free in exchange for a testimonial to give your product/site more credibility. If you do some free work you will also learn the sales processes and delivery timelines for your product or service (which are always hard to estimate).

Aside from offline marketing, there is Pay Per Click, Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media and some other crafty ways to get some initial sales/customers.

In the initial testing phase, forget SEO and social media. If you want responses real quick and to see if your idea is going to work go for some PPC on Google Adwords or Facebook Ads (there are other ad networks like MSN if you don’t like google, too).

Google adwords allows your ads to show up on the right hand side of searches in google and they also provide great training on how to setup your first campaign. Spend $100 or so to drive 100+ visitors to your site to test it out. Use google analytics to track what people are doing on your site.

Quick tips/suggestions:

Not making sales? not getting enquiries? Always come back to the One Key Fan. What are they REALLY looking for in terms of their search keywords? Is your website really speaking to what they need?

Social Media, PPC, SEO, etc are all TOOLS to help you CONNECT with One Key Fans. Get to the CORE of the fears/frustrations and desires when designing your Adwords ads and website sales copy.

5. Automation

Once you have made some sales and are confident with your new business – it’s time to put the freedom on turbo!

This is the exciting (an my personal favourite part) where you get an assistant (or team of assistants) to REPLACE YOU in the business.

The golden rule: Anything repeatable is outsourced.

Stuff like customer support, delegating tasks to other freelancers and email can all be handled by an assistant.

Use freelance websites to posts full time positions. I’ve had great successes with people from the Philippines. The majority speak American english and are very competent.

You can get a full time Filipino with a university degree for approximately $250 a month.

A small price to pay for freedom!

Quick tips/suggestions:

Get your assistant to send you a DAILY EMAIL detailing a) what they have done for the day b) where they ran into problems c) what they need you to attend to or teach them

It’s going to feel SUPER WEIRD not checking your email all the time. You’re going to have to adjust to all the free time you have.

The first week I set this up successfully I found myself having to find stuff to do. My brain wanted to check email all the time even though I didn’t need to because I was so used to it.

You have been warned: it’s FREAKY when you can do what you like with your days.

So there you have it.

I hope this has sparked some Freedom Business fire in you. This may seem like a lot, but after your first one or two businesses this entire process becomes a breeze – especially as you start to build long term relationships with great freelancers.

Still not convinced? Check out some of the people in the “Secret Society” that are using this stuff to change their lives here…

Obviously this is a detailed overview and not a full in-depth formula. I’ll be covering topics in more detail in future posts SO KEEP AN EYE ON THE DAILY EMAIL AND THE BLOG FOR MORE AWESOMENESS!

Cheers to your freedom.

Any questions or comments on the above?

    T

  2. Thank you so much, mate! You cant even imagine how helpful your stuff is!

  3. Hey Tim, this was pretty awesome! I’m seriously excited about actually this whole process. Seriously useful stuff here.

I’m not sure you needed the helmet cam, though haha. It probably would have worked just as well on a stand. But hey, I guess your camera needs freedom too…

  4. Awesome. I learnt a lot and will get started with my own overview right away.

    thanks Tim.

    Our glory awaits.

Sharing the glory too. Tweeted, liked, stumbled and +1′d.

    Happy days!!!

  5. Fantastic post Tim thanks for putting all this together. Are you opening your group again anytime soon?

  6. Timbo – moving the free line Freedom Business Blog style! Cheers

  7. Yo Tim,

Great post this week, its all coming together! I’ve just started a blog and would like to link to your site so my friends can take a peek. Is this cool with you? Content is limited at the mo but feel free to take a look around.

Also, I have a business question. I’m looking to set up a subscription service website: analytics hits look good, and there’s a couple of competitors doing the same thing. My problem is, I’m worried that in starting out I won’t be able to get enough subs to fund my adwords marketting costs (bids are high). How will people find my site and subscribe if I’m not marketing through adwords?

    Thanks,
    Jamie

    • Make the jump and just DO IT. Test and tweak as you go. Get feedback in the REAL WORLD. That’s the only prediction tool you can use.
The scary thing is you actually have to take action :)

      T

  8. I love how you backwards rationalize that not working for a whole weekemd is “good” because you “recharge”, if you take naps and eat healthy, etc. you can actually keep working VERY hard non stop for weeks.

  9. This was a fucking solid blog post! Thank you..

The books you have on your desk is that Wally Olins and would you recommend them to “newbies”? Other books/sites you would recommend?

    Thanks again Tim.

    • Wally Olins is GREAT for learning about branding. I know a number of creatives who work in major advertising firms and also have their own that attribute a lot of what they know to Wally’s books. Stay tuned i’ll be posting my book list, etc soon.

  10. Nice to see the guy from the Flawless Natural Method

  11. Really good mate glad you mentioned Elance,Odesk etc.
helmet cam gave me a headache

  12. Today I asked my boss if I can take 3 days-off because my friends are coming to my city (I didn’t take vacation for 6 months).
He told me ‘ Well… we will see how much stuff we will have to do’.
Funny huh? I think the better word is crazy. Crazy to live like that. I watching my coworkers, they don’t seem to be unsatisfied with such insect live.
Maaaan, I am fed up to do useless shit for someone. So exited about all this stuff, no way back.
Tim, thanks! you help struggling men to go forward! ))

    • I know how that feels bro, my government just approved a law that will add 5 years more to the retirement age, so we will have to be working and retire at the age of 75, and the standard life expectancy here is 72, totally sucks, they want us to die working so we won’t have the retirement money, for me there’s no turning back now, if I don’t do this, I’m fucked.

This is no kind of life to be tied at a cubicle from 8am to 6pm damn, we need to get free!

      • 75 years?! For me sounds like a good freedom biz joke! I live in Poland and they did quite similar thing here week ago, now it’s like 67 or something, and I saw posters that people organizing riots against this law..

        • We’ve had 65 years as retirement age for many years here in Sweden but they now want to change it to 67. Same here as in Poland, people are going to demonstrate.

          Rodrigo:
Where do you live? Salaries here in Sweden are eaten up by taxes as well. However we do have health insurance that help you if you’re sick and higher education is free here.

    • Yeah sadly this is a lot of men’s lives. It’s depressing for the man’s soul. We crave freedom even more. Keep going Oleg – we got your back ;)

      T

  13. Awesome post Tim, I just wanted to say that I got my first ebook on amazon for a little test, let’s see how it goes, already retweeted this post Tim

I will start putting all my effort to start my first freedom business now, and I’m ready to launch my blog this Thursday, I’m exited :D

  14. This stuff really works guys. I’m one of the lucky guys who got into Tim’s Secret Society Mastermind…you’ll be able to read / watch my story as soon as it is uploaded to the Success Stories section. It’s hard to imagine the kinds of things that start happening when Tims training kicks in…stay tuned for some big announcements and look for my name (Alex) under Success Stories! Talk soon

  15. Aw, Tim! Where do you usually look for assistants?

  16. Yo Tim,
    EJ here again (Y)
Loving the overview man, damn good work. I’d recommend a live scribe echo pen or a screen cast for the mind mapping process though next time haha :)
I’ve got a question on digital products, I want to create a service right and I’ve got a rough idea on how the system works although I’m not sure if I outsource the building process, I won’t be able to control how aesthetically pleasing the user interface would be. Would you say the theming of the app and how good looking it is would be proportional to the amount you outsource to a potential freelancer?
In basic terms, the more satisfied the 1KF is would be linked to how much you outsource for a digital product specifically?

    • Hey EJ,

Yeah i’ve tried the livescribe – it’s cool but clunky and difficult to get into a good video format.
You can control the aesthetics. That’s a major part of your brand! If you don’t like a design from a freelancer then you ask them to modify it. If they can’t deliver what you want they don’t get paid. It’s important to be clear in your initial brief what you want to avoid wasting time. Outsource 100%! You don’t have time to mess around – your job is to connect with 1KF’s not build things!

      Hope this helps.

      T

  17. Holy f this is gold for my new business :) thank you tim, i absolutely loved it.

  18. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Getting right on Sharing, and stumble upcoming this!

    Brad

  19. Man, I though of an awesome idea earlier.

I am a horror film fan and when on facebook earlier, I though of an awesome app that I could develop, outsourcing it of course.

I posted the idea on a couple of horror forums and groups and people are definitely interested.

I just need the money to be able to outsource and publish the damn thing now. Its not even gonna cost much, but I literally have no money right now to do anything with. HURRY UP PAY DAY!!! LOL

    • And I hope you got my email Tim. Asking for advice on the best practises for using elance, freelancer etc to find the best people to outsource too.

  20. is second video down..?

  21. Great content. Thank for posting. Seeing how you built out a map in 25 min of a freedom business was really inspiring. Going to have crack at the idea generation step myself tonight.

  22. Dudes – get a Gravatar from http://en.gravatar.com/ – so you have a nice little pic that I can recognise you by in the comment section!

    T

    • Done. If I got this right. You should be able to reconise me by my pet dinosaur.

Thank you v. much for this post. Shall start the first two steps on Saturday! (Damn 9-6 job)

  23. Oh my god you won’t believe what just came up on freelancer.
” real estate iPhone app And website ”
    Use some imagination guys :D

  24. Hey there,

Definitely the most powerful stuff I have read on business in months.
Clear and crisp. I can taste the MEAT.

I was the guy who was struggling with a Freedom Business idea( or should I rather say my self-doubt made me confused and activated my PANG, which was pushing me down to sit in the ”9-5” chair. But guess what… What?
My first freedom business is in its ”build phase” now:) F#@k YEAHHH

    P.S .
I had a weekly meeting with my manager this morning. First time in YEARS he asked me if I wanted something to drink before we talked. He then said : ” you seem different”
I knew what it was Freedom is coming…It’s in the way I speak and move, it’s in the was I look him straight in the eyes, with no fear of being fired !!!
I was stone cold. He was confused.
Funny things happen when you jump on the freedom train.

    Thank you Tim,

  25. This is gold Tim, GOLD.

Love your commitment to spread the gospel of freedom.
    Godspeed.

    -Søren

  26. Sup Tim,
i just had to coment this article, is one of the most enlightenment that i ever read about freedom businesses..
Congrats dude, we can see that you’re very motivated with this blog and we can hear it in your voice

    -Bruno

  27. In terms of what/your product & related weekly figures, do you aim for repeatable sales from the same group of customers or multiple once-off sales from many customers?

Any do you get feedback from your One Key Fan what product would fix their fears or do you create one with out their input?

    • Great questions, James.

      1. 2hours/day is spent managing OR innovation/new idea implementation
      2. Repeat sales AND one offs (there should always be a mix). One Key Fan philosophy dictated that your customers should naturally be referring you to their friends. If not, your’re doing something wrong and not nurturing those 1KF’s.
      3. Feedback is the LIFEBLOOD of your business. You use feedback in the product creation, testing, selling and post-sold phases. It’s the pulse/heart.

As you can see on the daily email and here in the comments, I’m constantly asking and genuinely wanting to know what people need help with/need to know. It’s a habit I built throughout all my freedom businesses. A “no man left behind” policy. A real care for the people who you’re selling stuff to and their results. That’s One Key Fan and you will feel good doing good.

      T

  28. What is the 2hr/s a day of work spent doing? Managing the business, assistants, accounts etc and the creative work that assistants cannot do?

  29. Great stuff, Tim.

I’m particularly keen on learning more on the competition testing phase. More specifically, how to take 3 or 4 ideas and let them compete against each other, may the most profitable win.

Oh, boy. The awesomest part of it all is the feeling that I’m literally competing against Apple, Microsoft, Google and all the big, cool companies out there.

    B)

    Cheers!

  30. Rad!

This is very detailed mate, you really don’t need much more than this to start a freedom business ey!

  31. What a great article. I am sharing this for sure. This post gave one simple picture and defines how freedom businesses work.

    Inspiring.

    Ryan

  32. Gold stuff!

  33. Damn this is a fine post! You nailed all the queries I had Tim.
When I came to your blog, I found my future.
And thanks for sharing the freedom business goodness with the rest of the world!

  34. Is the laptop you use for your freedom business anything special? I’m literally starting from scratch here and don’t know anything about this stuff. Just wondered if it mattered since you mentioned outsourcing things like web design, html, photo shop etc… I was under the impression I’d have to learn that stuff….
    Josh

  35. I absolutely love this! More quality stuff from Tim – dude never disappoints.

Tim inspired me to setup a website building company and it’s just picking up. To give back, I’d be delighted to help anyone out who follows this blog to get their website that Tim mentioned in the video.

I’d be more than happy to help anyone not sure how to get a WordPress website setup for next to nothing. Let me know if you’d be interested – the world needs more Freedom Business people and not big corporations anymore!

    • Hey man I’d be happy to learn more about WordPress if you have any links to share. Kinda seems too good to be true (you don’t have to pay for website creation), what are the downsides to having a WordPress store?

      • I got a site though wordpress. using free templates, so designing to be done.

        My blog is wordpress.

not got a site for selling things though.

I would love to know more.

      • Thanks for the comment. I offer a basic WordPress website setup. You get a website running and ready to post. I use basic theme framework and therefore can do it at basically no cost and very quickly.

I’ve set up some affiliate stuff where I get paid for people buying a domain name (I get a small % of the sale) and also for the hosting (they use my affiliate hosting and I get a one off fee). This allows me to do my stuff for free.

I build the website, set it up and return it to you for immediate posting. No high fees or complicated BS. I’d normally charge somewhere in the region of $100 but I can do it for you guys cheaper. I’d setup some plugins for you to stop SPAM, create some basic pages for you to use and you should be good to go!

I have a page http://www.iandawsonmackay.com/free-wordpress-websites/ where go through the 3 simple steps to get a site from scratch.

You only pay the domain name (if you need to buy one) and the monthly hosting fee (around £6 or $8 roughly). I set the site using a WordPress theme so it would have a certain look to it. Any additional work is then chargeable.

The beauty is that as I am learning and developing skills, I don’t have a ego like the big companies. I want to help people in similar situations out.

I haven’t really come across any problems with WordPress if I’m honest.

        • Please note though: I use WordPress themes, I can setup the page orders, create contact forms and so on but this is a basic service.

There is no website design or modification included. The site will look the same as the basic theme but with your information.

          All I provide is:
          - help buying the domain name if needed
          - setting the site live on the internet
          - adding WordPress to the website
          - adding the theme to the website
          - adding plugins and widgets

Then the site is ready to go

          • Nice bro, I’ll definitely check you out once I have my OKF and funds

          • Ian,

I think it’s really cool that you have a service to offer – but let’s not solicit in the comments section and go off topic to the post at hand. How about setting up a website and linking that to your profile name?

In the future i’ll have a section where you can offer your services ;)

            Cheers man

            T

          • Yeah, I meant to add that to my post before – ~I didn’t want to make it sound like I was using this to sell my things. The video got me all excited and I jumped in with out thinking. Apologies to Tim!

  36. Hey Tim,

Is there a way to join the secret society? I love the website and would like to soak up the knowledge and get to work immediately. Thanks.

  37. Great article Tim i really enjoy it!

Quick question, are you going to cover how to manage the legal stuff of a freedom business in the next posts?

    Cheers!

  38. Everything is more clear now Tim, thank you, i can see some problems in my structure, i`ll fix that!

  39. Really clearly laid out and easy to understand! I can see the big picture and that gives me a better plan and idea of what to do, Thanks Tim!

  40. Thanks for all the pure high quality content Tim! This is right up there in league with Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad books for evolving from an employee to an entrepreneur (one of them an all time best seller) only your stuff is on Turbo.
The helmet cam works for me. If Peter Drucker were still here he would laud the combination of visual, audio, movement, and textual media for teaching the lesson, because different people learn in different ways.
Right now I’m building momentum (as Owen might say) with writing content for an eventual ebook or two. I guess that’s the one thing you can’t fully outsource, eh?

  41. “Showing some love”, really love the way the 1KF was fully explained and put into the bigger picture :) all of this will be very applied!!

One question, when looking for markets/key-fans to serve, are you generally targeting 1) individual professionals, either working within corporations or by themselves, 2) whole corporations, or 3) “civilians”/hobbyists? Pros and cons? Would love to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks alot! :)

    / Viktor

  42. Hey Tim,

Man I just want to say the biggest thank you. You’re putting so much value out there and helping us all to create the Freedom lifestyle. This is unbelievable, this is the future man.

I’d definitely jump at the opportunity for the second wave of the Secret Society Mastermind group.

Right now just starting with Figures First and Idea Generation. Really getting passionate about the process and getting stuck into it. Hope to some day meet you live in Melbourne for a PUA bootcamp.

    Warm regards amigo,

    Dave

  43. Loved this post! Thanks heaps for your contributions Tim!

  44. Hey Tim, I just got my blog published and my first eBook, let’s see how we do :)

where are you btw? we miss you xD and please do another SSM, I truly want freedom in my life :D

  45. hey tim,

will be checkin ebook soon. i get laptop in april. ipad for now. anyways this is ot, but i got a suggestion for a future topic.

it is a topic for when we all become self reliant but im thinking about when to llc myself, what to do about reporting income and paying taxes, and also how to shop for health insurance. also business write off opportunityies. obviously all diff from country to country. just some thoughts.

  46. A phenomenal concept, and so outrageously important in a world swept up with distractions and bus-i-ness, with not much getting done in terms of creating real solutions to the world’s biggest problems. My golden rule I like to use is “When it comes to receiving value, the client doesn’t give a damn how hard I am working!” Deliving value has NOTHING to do with how hard we work, but how strategic and intelligent we are!

  47. Hey Tim,

Thanks for the info – practical and inspiring!

Just finished two hours of effective competitor analysis for my FB idea. Love to hear more detail about this aspect of the FB creation.

    Thanks again mate.

  48. I’m in the progress of getting an App developed. Outsourcing it on Elance.

Hopefully these guys will get the work done, unlike the Artist I hired to do my t-shirt designed.

Patience and finding the right people to work with on sites like elance, freelancer, etc are SO important to a successful FB.

Its like, I want my shit to start NOW!!! then the person I outsource work too doesn’t even do the job after 2 weeks, when he accepted terms that said he had to do it in a week. I panged liked crazy

  49. Love it. I like that you’re giving away so much for free.

I’d love to see how pick up helped you start your freedom businesses.

  50. Tim, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and energy, it’s very inspiring! Read your e-book and blogposts 5 minutes ago and actually writing my freedom business plan as we speak. Love it! Cheers!

  51. Whens the blog gonna start up again?

  52. Hey tim,

Awesome post, I am just finishing up my accounting major ( snooze) and my goal is to set up freedom businesses to avoid ever be “Joe from accounting.” I was wondering if you or anyone you know has had success with drop shippers and if so what were some of the insights in that? You have always been insightful and helpful (even before the fbb) and I thank you in advance for your help.

    Joey

  53. Hey Tim!
Thanks for the kick in my ass.
Time to wake up and get my passion back!

  54. Hey, I got a question that’s mainly about the security, how can I say keep assistants from blocking me out and what can I do to protect my ideas?

    Thanks! :-)
